Anxiety and Panic Attacks
Anxiety is a feeling of stress, panic or fear and can become disabling to our everyday life. There are several types of anxiety but with each type as we start to feel those first trembles of panic and fear, the anxiety begins to feed itself and grow. Very quickly it can grow out of our control. Having a space to talk about how anxiety feels individually to you can help. We can become so focused on getting through the moment that we forget what is causing those feelings and can have very little time to be present or to know what is going on or why we feel the way we do.
Counselling can help work out what makes you anxious and what triggers your anxiety and panic attacks. Knowing what is causing you to feel this way can help you begin to make sense of things and help to find a way to manage and live with your feelings.
